Biad Chili, Ltd. Co. is a family owned chile processing company in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The family entered the chile business planting chile at Arrey, New Mexico, in 1951, and built the first mechanical chile dehydrator in New Mexico in 1958. The company operates chile dehydrating plants across the Southwest and sells dehydrated red and green chile, paprika and jalapeno to the spice, color and flavor trades.
