Story
Desert Springs Produce is the Gillis family farming operation in the Hatch Valley, based in Arrey, New Mexico. The family has farmed the valley for generations, built its first chile dehydrator in 1964, and is known for its green chile and onions. Duane Gillis serves as President of The Hatch Chile Association.
