George Chiala Farms is a family owned grower and vegetable processor based in Morgan Hill, California. George and Alice Chiala founded the business in 1972, and the family built a food processing plant on its farmland in 1984. The company plants, harvests and packs prepared vegetable ingredients for other food manufacturers, including garlic, onions, peppers, jalapenos, chipotles, tomatillos and mushrooms, in frozen, roasted, oil infused and shelf stable forms. It operates facilities in Morgan Hill and Hollister, California, and carries certified organic and certified kosher lines.
