Story
Sartori Company is a family owned cheesemaker in Plymouth, Wisconsin. It was founded in 1939 by Italian immigrant Paolo Sartori and Louis Rossini as S&R Cheese, and it is still owned and operated by the fourth generation of the Sartori family. Its cheeses include the BellaVitano line, Parmesan, Asiago, and Italian-inspired cheddars. One BellaVitano variety is flavored with Hatch green chile.
