Story
Young Guns is a family owned chile processor in Hatch, New Mexico. The corporation was established in February 1992 by Chris and Tammy Franzoy, whose family began growing chile in the Hatch Valley more than eighty years ago. It processes Hatch Valley green and red chile, and in 2008 it added the Hatch Chile Factory to pack flame roasted Hatch Valley chile for sale year round. Its processing plant is in Hatch and its corporate office is in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
